there used to be 'Insights' section. is it gone forever?

Нечаянно купила подписку за 3299 ₽. Ладно, бог с ней, понимаю, что деньги теперь не вернуть. Но вы хотяб добавьте Настройки выбора языка. Я ничего не понимаю за такие-то деньги. Грабеж.

Установил приложение. Заявлено 3 дня бесплатного периода использования. Отменил подписку на следующий день. Средства всё равно списали. Несанкционированно подписали на 6-ти месячный срок! Прошу вернуть списанные средства.
Списали деньги
Списали 3290 р за подписку, хотя было написано что 3 дня бесплатно. Верните деньги!
