Noticed that common burger like cheese burger keep missing from mobile app menu, why?

The menu didn’t appear at all when wanting to order. I’m removing this app for simply taking space in my hp. Buck up A&W app developer!

I made an order at around 2.30pm for Collection Time at 5.30pm. After I made payment, there’s a notification stating that my order will be ready in 10mins. I tried calling Jade Hill branch but the number was not even correct. I had to rush to the branch from office just to confirm my order. The collection time also is not stated as part of the order details. Adding to that status of order also is not available. Please enhance this avoid confusion to customers.

Made an order through the app but order delivered was incomplete. Was told to contact the restaurant number online but no answer from the merchant. No way to request for refund. Disappointing service.

i already order for the delivery , but the order is cancel and i didnt get the refund ??

Tried using the app however I am unable to even complete my profile and the app crashes. Tried a couple more times with wifi and restarting phone still the same ☹️
