I have been using Awair for years with no issues at all

Tried setting this up on home and work wifi and never could finish setup wizard. I can see from the router that await device is connected to wifi, but the wizard just can’t proceed to step 3, no error message. I’m perpetually stuck with chose your network screen. And the device can not work without Internet at all. So i’m stuck with a pretty box which can’t even display time

The application doesn’t connect after upgrading an iOS device and restoring it from a backup. It must be reinstalled to make it work. Reported the issue to their support a year ago, but they didn’t care to fix the problem.

It was working until today. Now I can't see any of my devices.

Look the age of phone apps on large screens is over. Considering the price of your devices this app should work easily on iPad and phone format devices. Especially since you don’t let me access anything over the web…

I was just forced to wait ~10 seconds while the app loaded an advertisement for Awair products before I had to click through in order to check on my sensors. I like these sensors and the app generally works fine, but showing me an ad when I’n just trying to use the app to access my sensors is completely unacceptable.

Good device, terrible support. Contacted them and asked fixing widget UI, provided details, but stopped helping because the completely beuqacratic response.

Had an Awair 1st addition for years worked brilliantly. Came home from holiday to find the company stopped all support for it overnight and now it’s a useless brick. Cost in excess of $200. Zero trust in the company and won’t buy any more products from them.

Don’t buy this product! It simply will not stay connected to the Router which 10 feet away. Poor customer service! You can’t call them on the phone. All they want is your money. Now I am wondering if I can trust the air monitor to be accurate.

Do not buy. The vendor sunset devices that were only a couple years old. Essentially if you need to reset the device, you can no longer setup the device for use because it needs to access the api which is no longer available. A very expensive device is now garbage. Will never buy anything else from this vendor!
