I love using the mindfulness meditations1 the self love challenge is amazing, has been so insightful & can’t wait to start off the new year devoting more time to me. I have been doing the meditations for about a week now and it’s been super helpful with my anxiety and just being able to stay grounded. I also really enjoyed how easy this app is-like it gives you an option on what kind of meditation you would like to do yet they are all between 5-20 minutes long which makes them perfect for when your in a pinch!
