I prepared HCA proposals for my 2 clients. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to download the 2nd proposal. Despite of many attempts to DL the file, it always says “it will take 5 mins…” so idecided to create 2 more HCA proposals but same problem happened. It got me frustrated and decided to uninstall the application. I just hope that HCA and GHA will be available very soon on AXASol webpage and generate proposals.

This App should make my transactions faster, but it didn’t. If I am done creating a proposal, then I want to download pdf. The it says that my Internet is not connected. How come it is not connected if my connection have a 30mbps download and upload speed. This app suppose to be user friendly, but it is not.

It works after fresh install but after sometime, Error keeps popping up telling “device is encountering error when updating”. Been uninstalling and re installing but still the same thing happens after a few weeks of using it. So frustrating.

There isn’t an option to reset my account in here.

The ‘Lets Begin’ button, every press, its gone. Start again.

The first time I downloaded the app, it was working fine though it crashed sometimes. However, when i updated the app earlier today, it keeps on crashing whenever i push the "let's begin" button. I couldn't use it anymore now. Pls fix it immediately. Thank you.

I was very curious the soonest I was notified that a native tool has been made available in IPad. I did immediately try it and boom! It is like the actual paper FNA and by far the best tool a distributor can use when conducting needs analysis. If there is one thing I would like to include is that it syncs all my axa sol prospects that I created using the web-based axa solutions. Also, I went around doing the assessment and I just realised that you cannot generate a proposal through the native app. This means I still need to switch to my MacBook to generate it. I wish this will be made available soon because this really solves a lot of time and effort. In the mean time, I cannot wait to use this app for my next FNA. You guys are absolutely amazing so good start. More power. Ricky
