Axis NETSECURE

If you’re seeing this before you register your account online, DO NOT SELECT TO USE THIS APP. You should NOT SELECT TOKEN VERIFICATION and SKIP that part when registering. They don’t have any control over their team who is responsible for NETSECURE app and Axis Bank representatives are stating over chat in written that the team closes the “service request” saying “app is under upgradation”. This is Axis Bank’s failure the app development team’s failure.

Why do you create such a dumb app that is so not useful. The people who built this were probably drunk when they designed it or some kind of sadists. If you are forcing this on NRI atleast think of the possibility that not all NRI can send a text/sms to an Indian number to activate the token. The app support is on another level. Chatting with an agent to get this resolved was super frustrating and he didn’t know what to do. I feel I need to move away from Axis!

The worst app I have ever dealt with - this app is meant to drive customers insane with the ridiculous looping back between bank website and app - both of which have dysfunctional authentication protocols that will make you chase pros and authentications back and forth until you are ready to tear your hair out. Please kill this thing now.

That’s all. Why would Apple allow a product like this ?

I have been trying to use Netsecure for a month now with multiple follow ups to Customer care. No luck in activating the device. You should think of better authentication mechanism, especially for NRI’s

Unstable and stupid banking system

This is worst app design for any security app. Really complicated to use and highly unstable. Can’t transfer money when you need it the most!

Top bank and all that. Can’t make an app that works. But there’s no way to access online account without an app. Utter piece of crap.

The app will suddenly stop working for no reason and the website will also refuse to allow reactivation. Hideously user unfriendly

Recently changed to new Apple device and now struck in activate this app in new device for more than two weeks. Reached support but not helpful much. Axis needs to change the Authentication process and make it simple like other international banking as they are very simple but still more secured
