While I absolute love these type of games and enjoy playing through this app, my access to the mystery grid has been unavailable for months now. When I downloaded the app initially I worked my way up and was able to participate in the grid, but after being reset through one if the updates despite being at the highest level, I still can’t access the mystery grid. At I the only one?

This is the only game I’ve downloaded and kept on my phone for more than a few months. Even though the game boards repeat there are so many that you don’t remember them and the Explorer board keeps it fun because it’s basically looking for the prize in the cereal box 😋 Only gave it four stars because there are some glitchy boxes on certain game boards that they still have not fixed.

I love this game. The graphics are great, colors vibrant, sound effects very satisfying. I love the puzzles and feel like their difficulty is just right. There are a few really hard ones, but you’re never stuck without the ability to skip them if you’re patient. If you’re not, you can purchase gems, if you can’t, just wait a bit. I have bought gems to support the developers. I think that other than a few glitches (and, please, please....an ability to skip the tutorial) it’s very well executed. Other than tickets for multiplayer, there are no annoying “lives” that you have to wait for. I could play for hours as the puzzles are always different. So far no “unsolvable” puzzles. Love the ratings, love the stats, love multiplayer, love, love, love....Great job!!

I really enjoy playing and the puzzles are increasingly challenging. But nearly every time the app updates, all my progress is erased. Additionally, there’s never an option to skip the tutorial. So in two months, I’ve had to start over 3 times and have suffered through the opening tutorial about 8 times. If it erases my data again, I’m deleting the app.

Good game but you won't get your free stuff or reduce time on opening card packs because you are constantly waiting for server response and it rarely connects. And yes I have great wifi so it's not my connection.

De verdad que soy adicto al juego pero tiene unos cuantos problemas en cuanto a la continuidad, no me molesta pero a veces es fastidioso. Lo recomiendo.

I love the puzzles! They keep me entertained and my mind working. I like be the fact that the game keeps stats on progress and on how I’m doing against other players. Competition against all of the other players keeps it interesting along with the treasure hunt for prizes. Neat game!

I have been playing the game for a month, and enjoyed it enough to look past the bugs here and there (having to go thru the tutorial sometimes when opening the app, etc), because overall it's a fun game to play... until today when I opened it for the first time this week (having been super busy) to find that it completely started me over. Down from 975 points to 10, all my collections gone, diamonds gone, everything. Sorry to say but after this I will be uninstalling. Only so many glitches you can ignore before you say enough is enough. If you can fix them, I will definitely redownload!

Update: started a new game - made it even further and now it's lost and the old one is back again. Can you please fix these glitches!!!! Update: was up to 275 and lost all my progress. I have most recent version of the game and am completely frustrated now. I love any type of puzzle game, but I just love the whole atmosphere of this game. I like that I am can keep playing while waiting for packs to open and there are various ways to progress. It definitely has kept my interest and I easily get lost in the game.
