AyuRythm is a patent-pending personalised holistic wellness digital solution. It is probably the world’s first application where you can complete the age-old and renowned Naadi Pariksha (Pulse based diagnosis), with the help of your smartphone. This app offers a wonderful mix of modern science and ancient medicine knowledge, from India. Naadi Pariksha is the most effective non-invasive system of diagnosing an individual’s mind-body constitution. Once the constitution of the person is known, a personalised holistic wellness regime like Diet suggestion, Yogasana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras, Kriyas, Herbal supplements etc., inclusions and exclusions, are suggested basis your body type.
AyuRythm assesses your Ayurvedic health parameters to recommend above traditional wellness methods. Taking PPG from the help of camera it derives your heart rate, blood pressure, arterial stiffness and pulse morphology and many similar parameters. These health-parameters are then converted to ayurvedic health parameters and are bucketed in the form of Kapha, Pitta and Vata by deriving the high, medium and low values. To ascertain the correct values, our algorithm uses age, height, weight and gender of the users and that's why we take Date of Birth to arrive at users age. To help with the accuracy of these values, our app is integrated with HealthKit to enhance usability so that the users need not worry about updating their basic information (age, gender, height, weight) as it is already done once.
App works as follows:
Differential diagnosis expert system to assess the Prakriti (Inherent body type assessment of an individual, in terms of Kapha, Pitta and Vata balance) based on the literature and published work. Total 30 questions.
Pulse diagnosis (Naadi Pariksha) with a scientific base and backed by proven diagnosis methods using smartphone sensors and related publications by several researchers in this field. This is to establish the current mind-body constitution of you, called Vikriti (In terms of Kapha, Pitta and Vata, in 30 seconds.
Post this, our recommendation engine customizes the app for you and wellness, better health and lifestyle, basis the variance in Kapha, Pitta and Vata are suggested to you as to how to bring back the balance, thus overall wellness.
Leading physicians and hospitals have evaluated AyuRythm and certified it to be suitable for wellness evaluation and recommendations. Please do check for the certificates in the app.
AyuRythm also has a library of a few hundred home remedies, to help you relieve from basic ailments at odd times, using simple methods and ingredients from your home and kitchen.

so inaccurate
the measurment are super in accurate, i verified my doshas imbalance with my doctor and whatever this app shows is not at all close to it
doesnt work on my iphone :(
when i try to do the pulse diagnosis it just crashes
Don’t Bother
Have to give out your phone number to register. Then when you try to complete the registration, it errors out. Can't help but think this is just a way to accumulate phone numbers to sell.
Enjoying the app
I really enjoy the features and once I knew which spot to cover on my iPhone 13 it works every time. Lots of resources. I use it as a guideline and to help me get on track. It’s not perfect but neither am I so we seem to get along;-).
Measurement doesn’t work on iPhone 13 pro
Without the measurement the app is useless
Doesn’t work 99% of the time
I have the new IPhone 13 pro and the measurement doesn’t work - I always get a “unable to read” error / except this one time where it worked. I’d say avoid this app. Aman Gupta should get ready to write off his investment unless the founders get the basics right
Poor user experience
It probably is not intended for scale and for international users. Maybe it only works for individuals in India. I can only guess as there is no information or acknowledgment about why people outside India can’t register. In this case, you should not be listing this app globally.
Catch 22
It fails to complete registration as it does not seem to accept the OTP it sends. Worst part is that contact us does not allow to contact without registration…. I can give another review after you fix this problem that allows me to register
