Slow nd unprofessional

I’ve a marriage function on 10th December nd I had returned a suit for exchange but it’s already more than 7days still I don’t get any updates from aza. My product is still in Kolkata. At first the product will go to their warehouse nd it will pass the quality check nd after that they will release the exchange product. In app there are clearly mention that product will reach to them within 4-5days. But my product is still in Kolkata’s warehouse nd which is against your policy. Nd customer care also didn’t call me back very very disappointed.

Horrible delivery, Liars

This is a horrible company, with assured delivery date of 15th they have yet not delivered my item. Every other day they assure me 3 days for delivery and then nothing. They are scammers and have zero respect for customers money time and emotions. Shame on them!

Fraud

Placed a order on 20th October and there has been no update yet as to its status. Trying to talk to customer service only leads to bot replies which is really annoying. After repeated to and fro they sent a fake email saying that the order has been delivered !!! There is no proof anyone entering my society and everything is documented and approved via app which clearly shows nobody came to deliver anything.

Amazing service

Needed a last-minute suit for my cousin's wedding, and Aza’s team helped me out. They even expedited the delivery. Lifesavers.

Extremely Promising Brand

Aza Fashions is very promising. I had made a purchase for a kurta set that had few alterations around the ankle area and the sleeve length. So, I called out for a customer service agent to understand if I make a alteration after the payment so then they cleared my doubt and they were so professional while briefing me through procedures.
