Great app and for sure great idea, indeed we to go full digital. Nice feature to add one or more card member. One suggestion is to make the app load offline or add the azv member card to the wallet. Keep up the great work. Also keep updating the app frequently and include the on duty services.

Worked well for awhile, this morning i try to login and it says my pin is invalid (i know that i entered the right one). Three tries locks the app, and then i need to reset pin, which is fine, except in order to do that you need to use your house doctor….mine isn’t listed. Can’t reset pin, cant use app, cant go to the doctor

Biometric does not work on ios 15, please update app.

Bad app, can’t restore app on smaller screen phone, iphone12 mini..

Do not install the app, you cannot get through on the page that says.. Put your two digits personal number. To the developer, you have to fix this

You dont need to be 18+ to get a azv card so the 18+ is not supposed to be there

Tried to register my AVZ. Cant get past entering the last 2 numbers of my ID number. It says the information entered is not valid. I tried deleted and again downloading the app. Nada

Requiring a simple 4 code pin in 2020 is ridiculous. The app should use faceid or Touch ID to login when opening to authenticate. The app should also show local pharmacies and their most current operating hours as well as a list of all the benefits you have with your coverage without having to dig through endless menus. Other than that it’s just another app to carry around in your phone that takes space without solving issues

It’s frustrating.
