Best workout app ever
I have done Pilates mat and Pilates reformer in studio for years, but B the Method is better. This has strengthened my core and helped me to progress in my training more than anything else I have tried. Lia’s cuing is spot on. So glad I found this method. I am a convert for life.
Life changing
Lia is amazing at giving the most-effective workout without being harsh on the body. I am postpartum x3 and needed to focus on core strength. B the method has helped my core more in one workout than any other program I tried in 1.5 years. I would scream it from the rooftops how awesome Lia and her method is!!!
My everyday movement
I’m so happy that I found Lia and her amazing Pilates workouts, every class has that spicy feeling and you will feel sore after that, that good sore, that one you know your workout was completed and mind blowing, I know my body has changed doing this program and feels amazing specially going through perimenopause and a good diet. Lia always has tips for you to get to know your body and how to feel connected in every move and that’s why I love this app. Thank you so much Lia for creating B the Method and sharing your knowledge and love everyday.

Life changing
Lia’s b the method app is the best program. I started using it 1.5 years ago and it is challenging, but in the best way. Her infectious enthusiasm and genuine love of fitness and movement comes through and I will never use another fitness program again. The classes are anywhere from 10 min to one hour and the moves and variety are like no other. Her cues are amazing - it seems like she’s in the room right with you. I cannot say enough good things !
Do it
I found b the method after researching the best at home Pilates style workouts. She’s perfect. Great variety of workouts and workout length, beautiful aesthetics, and easy to follow weekly schedules. Most importantly, her cueing is excellent. I also love that there is no background music.
Fifty and Fabulous
My forties consisted of crowded workout classes and hard core personal trainers. My body felt aches and pains from exhaustion and over working the same muscles. I turned 50 and decided I needed a reset. I discovered the BMethod and have never felt better. I follow the weekly plan and truly never get bored. The BMethod videos allow flexibility in my schedule so I can always revisit the workout, modifications, and constant reminders how to engage in the correct form and stay focused. I have never felt stronger, leaner, taller and more excited that my reset with the BMethod will be my forever workout!
The perfect workout app
I started doing B the Method about a year ago. Had previously been doing a strength training fitness app where I was always injuring my shoulders and lower due to poor form and an encouragement to increase the weight I was lifting. I had been looking for a different workout when someone suggested Pilates. Lia’s app came up in my search and I decided to try it out and haven’t turned back.
I love Lia’s approach where she really emphasizes spinal health and really listening to your body. There is no music which I honestly prefer because it’s easy to pay attention to Lia’s cuing, which is perfect and I feel like even if I couldn’t see what she was doing on the screen I could follow along without issue. I typically follow along with her suggested workouts for the week, which a list that she curates each week to ensure you have a nice variety of cardio, strength training, and stretching and that you cover every muscle group. However, the app contains a really nice variety of class types so it’s also really easy to personalize your own journey depending on how you feel and what you like to do.
True Relief in a Workout
As someone getting older and struggling to keep up with my old workout programs, these workouts have been truly a benefit to muscle tightness and prior limitations on exercises. I actually look forward to my workouts everyday. The emphasis on protecting hip flexors is very much appreciated because I was struggling with that before starting the b method. Thank you for the amazing program!
Lover this app and method!
I love this method so much! There are so many fun, challenging workouts to try (new ones every week). I have a lot of hip pain but this method doesnt aggravate it and often relieves it instead!
Best Workout App on the Market
I started using B the Method in 2022 and have been a member ever since! It’s so nice to not have to use many props and there are so many classes to chose from. I’m in a job where I travel a ton for work to places that don’t usually have a gym. I love being able to bring my weighted bands with me and predownload classes on my iPad. Can’t wait to keep my membership going!
