Nightmare experience
-"One-hour delivery"? More like "Two-hour torture test." My groceries were supposed to arrive in 60 minutes, but after two hours, the app just mocked me with the "delivery in progress" animation. Not a peep from the driver, not a hint of an explanation. -For a solid hour after placing my order, I was bombarded with calls about missing produce, each one a fresh jolt of annoyance. -Customer Service? More Like Customer Scorn: When I finally managed to wrangle a "helpful" agent, the experience was like chewing on cardboard. No apologies, no solutions, just robotic platitudes and the vague promise of "looking into it." I'm pretty sure even my goldfish could offer more empathy. Guess what? i did not receive my order till now and noone reached out!!! ZERO
