Hi. I've bought full ABC phonics app near 3 months ago through your Songs and stories app. But in process of installation of the new IOS 8 all my data in this iPad was lost. How can I get my purchase back???

Restore won’t work
I purchased the full version of this app on my old iPad and now it won’t restore the full version onto my new iPad. It’s disappointing as I paid $20 and my daughter loves the game.
