The app is okay but most of the online games where you can win tickets every time you actually win tickets the app freezes & you dont get the tickets you won

I went to Babylon park today. I read all the reviews and didn’t download the app. However when I got there, the host told me it is working and you get more free coins when you use the app. So I downloaded it and had no issue using it at all. Still got some coins left so will be going there again! It was so easy to buy the packages and use them.

Doesn’t load, you have no mobile coverage downstairs and the Wi-Fi is terrible so the app fails to load most of the time. Don’t waste your time.

Doesn’t open, gets stuck on the loading screen every time. I’ve tried reinstalling a few times but I encounter the same issue.

I was convinced to download the app by the staff member who told me I’d get some free rides. I didn’t. I went downstairs and the staff member says that it might give me free rides if I buy the coins. I buy coins. Doesn’t show up in app. I try again. This time it works, but has taken twice as much money from my account. A week on and I’ve not been refunded. The place itself is ok, but the app is not user-friendly; doesn’t work on many arcade machines (error message on the screen) and it takes twice as much money because it’s doesn’t show up on the app.

App spams me with daily ads via push notifications when I haven't opened it in months. Uninstalled

Got a new phone, tried to sign in and it says application start up error. Uninstalled reinstalled still the same. Support don’t respond, don’t go here it’s a scam

If you walk around camden theyll give you a ticket to “play a game for free” which prompted us to go to the venue, however the token is for playing a videogame on the app, the app’s user interface is not good and overall a waste of time and negative experience

I tried to access the app, but I keep getting an error message. When will this be fixed?
