Somehow they got my new credit card and charged it, now when I’m trying to cancel the subscription it tells me I can’t????

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.

Not worth the money
Waste of money
Love the workouts but now app won’t stay open
The program is amazing but I’m on day 13 and when I try to open the workout the app closes.
Not worth the frustration
app kept crashing. there are better apps out there, don’t waste your time.

You can get this and much more with other apps out there. Nothing new or original. And more expensive than other places.
Great Programs, Glitchy App
I love BBX! The workouts are dynamic, keep me from getting bored, and address various levels of fitness. That being said, the app needs some work. It refreshes without notice, crashes often, and sometimes (like today) won’t load.
Worst app ever
This app is a complete waste of money. First, you have almost no access even after paying $40 they ask for an additional $20 a month. this rating is only on what I can access for $40. If you look at the simple 6 week challenge it has no system in place to walk you through the work out, just 30 second clips on how to do a 60 second movement. The app completely closes when you go to a timer and you have to reopen the app complete to go to the next movement. If I could give this zero rating I would.
Love!!
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because every time I leave page, not close but navigate away (I.e. to use my timer or music) it takes me back to beginning of app and I have to find my spot again. Could be a glitch. Otherwise I’m super happy the workouts and I love that she includes a warmup and a post stretch!!
