Terrible app that randomly logs out and shuts down. I don’t know how the NHS has managed to fail at a basic app.

Too slow, keep on loading

It is one of the slowest apps I have ever used. I understand the need for it for notes etc but for personal use to check on appointments/ discussions that happened/ basically review my notes it’s not ideal. The length of time it takes to open up and move around in is ridiculous it is not well organised to scroll through, there is no clear order. I really don’t like the layout of it at all.

App is quite slow to load and i miss having the option to have paper notes!

Since about 22 Nov I can’t open the app, it just crashes (before then it was v helpful).

This is useless. I can’t access a single feature of this app. I can’t see my laboratory results. I can’t see the plans and records. I don’t even know if there’s problem or what. I’d rather my care team will give me record on papers instead of this app.

Takes about a minute for it to load at login. Really hard to find anything. Sends you a message to tell you you’ve got an appointment without including the link to the appointment. Really poorly designed and built.

This app has been very helpful, since my pregnancy. I love the details it’s give weeks after weeks

The app looks like it was made by school students, very buggy and slow. Lose my patience with it.

The app ha all the info I need but keeps freezing.
