I agree with the review regarding paying upfront if you want to use your cards. The drivers sometimes delay compared to the UBER but not for a long time. This app provides a 30% cheaper compared to UBER for the same trip and the same quality. Most of the drivers have UBER, badrgo and Karwa and of course, they prefer UBER because it is unjustifiably expensive. In a single year, the UBER app increased the cost of the same trip by around 35% even at off-peak times.
I never write reviews but I had to this time- really unhappy with this app. Firstly, you have to pay to load money onto the app and pay with wallet unless you want to use cash. There is a fee for topping up your wallet. Next, the drivers are always so far away, and the wait time is really long compared to other apps. The drivers are all really kind but this does not make up for the app not working properly. There have been times where I’ve loaded up my wallet and the funds didn’t show up for a couple of days and also times where the driver cancelled my ride without asking and without which made me late. Another time I cancelled the ride on my end but it didn’t inform the driver! Very poor app. Will not be using it or recommending to anyone.
Driver can accept yet just ignore your location Driver dont care at all if you have waited for them, they just move to another place without informing.
Way more cheaper compare to uber. Just a little bit improvement for the location.
In uber u can pay directly to apple pay. Why we need to add extra charge for the top up?? Very disappointing 👎👎 Please remove the top up charge
cheaper than uber. drivers are professional and neatz the only problem is gps when it comes to my house. it's showing wrong when i pin to my villa number, so what i do is to pin in the gate of the compound. and the drivers are so kind to come inside the villa (though my house is the last one) to pick me up.
Each day keep updating new versions 😒 Also sometimes gps giving long route , hence we tend to argue wth the driver for driving long way
