As soon as I purchased the subscription, the programmed won’t let me reach the server. No connection! What kind of a scam is that?

This is a good and fun tsumego app, but the freemium model is bad. You have only three tickets to play and after you loose 3 times you must wait 1 hour to play again. You can buy free tickets for real money or you can by monthly subscription. Also, you need online connection to play this game, you cannot play it offline for some reasons. The developers should increase the number of maximum free tickets to at minimum of six, to make the game enjoyable, makes offline play possible, and, ideally, make just the paid version of the game without freemium model.
