BAEMIN - Food delivery app

The app is a complete rubbish until you make the paying by credit card working properly.

Before in Vietnam the application which was used by everyone was vietnammm which featured over 200 restaurants at pretty much any location delivering from various districts with amazingly detailed menus and clear English language. Unfortunately due to baemin - vietnammm ceased to exist so you’d have to use this ‘substitute’. Now there are only the closest restaurants delivering (why is unclear as further away restaurants even inform you that they would still deliver but the application doesn’t let them). So the choice narrowed down significantly from 200+ to maybe 50 venues. Also now there are more low quality local choices than good venues with foreign cuisine. There are now also issues with the drivers. Drivers do not take your orders and because of that you can’t order from even available restaurants. With vietnammm you didn’t even have to care about drivers, they’d deliver even from further distances without issues. So in practice it’s always a gamble if you can even make an order. The menus are missing lots of food, they’re incomplete so I can’t order meals which I know the restaurants have. I’m not even talking about partially translated menus and absence of pictures of the food. The application is just terrible and forces me to go to restaurants instead of having their food delivered. It’s a nightmare - please bring back vietnammm!

Ord đồ ăn 15 phút k có ship nhận cũng không cho khách huỷ đơn đặt đơn mới, gọi điện cho tổng đài chăm sóc khách hàng không bao giờ được. Đói mờ cả mắt nhưng đ huỷ được đơn phải chờ app huỷ

Baemin tự động huỷ đơn mà không thông báo cho mình. Mình đã rất là bực mã đơn 231023-FSMP-6733
