التاكد من تحديث الشحنات وارسال اشعارات بذلك في الهاتف او عن طريق الايميل

معقولة توصيل البطاقة الذكية ياخذ اكثر من ١٠ ايام و الموظف يتصل فقط مكالمة واتساب !! هل هاذي طريقة احترافية !! لا و المرة الثانية يقطها تحت الباب و يروح حتى ماعندكم خدمة مسجات ان المندوب طلع !! ما كنتو جذي سابقاً

Can’t locate a new package or delete older one it shows the only item I located once I can’t add new or remove older one

Very Very Bad Service 2nd time this happened to me I pay for Delivery butt no Delivery have to pick bay self Very Bad

Its a very stressful app, most of time the service is down with an apology message popping up when I try to track any package. The app is not friendly either with the limited options its got. For instance if by a stroke of luck I managed to track one package, then I want to track another one, the filed gets fixated on the last reference I had entered until i click and ask for a delete and click on confirmation to delete, why cant a function exists with tracks another package so that I move to my next tracking number? Please do better than that 🙏🏻

Still I did not collect my ID, they didn’t call me from Saturday 5 March 2022

This application really useless for tracking information! Ones the shipments arrived in Bahrain after that information found otherwise really useless! Dear authority please fixed the issue & let us track the shipment. Thanks Sincerely

That’s become easily to use this application

I don't know about others but just a few days ago the app became unusable as it always fails to verify the captcha codes. And please fix the bug that makes us rewrite the whole description for each item every time we just want to edit it. (If we write a description for a post, then we wanted to edit it, the field will be empty, it must has the previous description)
