I just can’t turn it on and use it. I am constantly booted off the app as it forces me to go find and enter my username and password. This gets old very quickly and makes me wish I had gone a different route on my purchase.

I found this product to be exactly what I was looking for when I bought it. I find it very helpful to be able to keep an online record of all my scores. Coming here to leave the review I was surprised that it doesn’t have five stars.

This app used to work with my BP device but now all I get is a beating heart. Fix it please

This thing will show you ads for their other products. Gross.

Like other people have already said: app opens to pure white screen and crashes erasing what’s in the buffer on the BP monitor to be synced. I’m constantly having to force kill the app before it crashes, then reopen the app so it will sync my last BP reading. I’ve deleted and re-added the Bluetooth connection between the BP monitor and my iPhone. It did not resolve my issue. Read the reviews, it’s affecting multiple people.

I've yet to record a single measurement because each time the blood pressure monitor cuff finishes the app immediately crashes. I've restarted my phone and nothing changed. Pretty disappointed.

I’ve only had it for a few days, but the readings are more realistic than my previous cuff, which I took to my doc, and he told me to get e new one. I wish the report feature was a little more robust. It would be nice if there was a date range feature as well as Excel and PDF export options.

The app is easy to download and use. However, I have to keep removing the app and then downloading again because within 24 hours of downloading it, the app just goes white. I open the app and I’m looking at a literal white page with nothing on it. I got the machine and app on Saturday 9/2/23. It’s now 9/8/23 and I have had to remove and re-add the app 4 times. Once this is solved the app will be great.
