I asked for withdrawal, but for 3 months they did not return. Support says they are checking

I am confused, i got verified in 10 minutes and my virtual card is on waitlist. There is no reason or option why is it on waitlist ( I can't access the reason ). There is an option 'mail us', which am soo confused as when i clicked on, the content of the mail was already written which exposed all my details including my device id, screen size, screen width !! And why is it needed ?

The app is pretty good, UI and all, but they clearly have little idea how economics work as well as customer support Card topups stopped without any notification, support is very slow, there's little option to spend your funds Half baked, let's see if it gets any better

This app works perfectly, finally a user friendly app for money transfers and payments! Onboarding is really fast, only EID and selfie required, no need for tones of other unnecessary documents. Transferring money is so easy and I love the app design - it’s so sleek!

They credit the account in no time same day, however, they do have a timeframe of 5 business days. Honestly never believed in such apps but this one is very efficient.
