Had to buy an auto-renewing 3 month option to watch one tournament. Score is often inaccurate and it doesn’t show when using AirPlay. Video often didn’t follow the play, it would just randomly during play switch to the other end of the court where there was no action. Didn’t cover the full court. No idea how much time is left in the game. Disappointed given the cost.

Literally the worst app i have ever used. It would take a full day to list the issues we had. And we paid for GOLD. Waste of money and time.

So great to see my kid for sure! But the feed was lousy. It cut at halftime but it actually wasn’t halftime yet. Didn’t get to watch the last few minutes of the game. SOOO Frustrating. Is it worth the money absolutely not.

Tried to watch 4 games today. Saw less than half of each one. Feed keeps stopping. And the stream is behind - but get this - they stop the stream realtime - so didn’t actually get to see the last few minutes of the half or end of the game of any of them. One game was within 2 points but unfortunately didn’t see the ending because it cut out. Waste of money this app.

I watch my boys basketball games remotely and watched 4 games today. Baller TV has not been working. Now the video is frozen. Many different issues from mislabelling of teams ,to scores always being wrong, team games not showing up with a filter applied to them. It’s been rather awful experience on BallerTV. I couldn’t get the games at all on the app and had to use customer service to send me links to actually get on them. And then there were multiple troubles even after that. Frustrating system. And I’ve paid to view

I signed up this morning. The first game didn’t start streaming until the end of the first half and the second game never streamed at all. Customer service said they dispatched someone to look into it but we were left with nothing.

the games aren’t complete. i emailed asking what happened with the games and they said that the full game would be uploaded in about 2 weeks when the raw video recordings are sent back to HQ. But its been months already and still nothing

$80 subscription with the glitchiest app ever used

Like so expensive for what? There other apps free for real

Really disappointing. The app can't even get who wins.
