The app introduced is not friendly to the users, Orientation is needed otherwise this frustrate the users and Securities are also left ignorant to the app that is supposed, them as security to have knowledge to it. This is bad very bad

This app doesn’t work and I try to go in it it doesn’t work
Terrible -Worse app ever
If there was a NO star, this app would definitely deserve it. It’s clearly designed for the developer not for residents or homeowners. And why the app need Bluetooth to enable access is not it.
Terrible
This app has several critical issues that make it inefficient and terrible . Firstly, requiring Bluetooth to be enabled at all times just to access the complex is a serious security risk. Why? On top of that, the inability to copy and paste information adds unnecessary frustration. Manually entering tenant details one by one is time-consuming and prone to errors. It’s baffling that the app requires users to upload photos of tenants' ID cards or driver’s licenses themselves - why can’t the tenants upload this sensitive information on their own? This process is not only inefficient but raises concerns over privacy and data security.
Horrible app
Absolutely useless app. I have tried multiple times to login, added in my details and have now been stuck on a loading screen for over 10mins. Every time I close the app and retry it’s the same story. I have even deleted the app, reinstalled and no avail. Well over it!
Tired & frustrated customer
I haven’t been able to log in to my App for months now , & I can’t even be assisted I’ve re downloaded , refreshed & done everything to try login into the App I’m so frustrated. It’s difficult for me to enter & leave the estate or move around inside . Having to ask my Husband for codes each time . How can I contact support ?
