App does not have basic features like responding to surveys or filling in performance reviews or feedback requests. Like this it can’t be used as an equivalent for the desktop version which in the day and age of mobile use is very frustrating and limiting to employees who don’t have regular access to a pc or laptop all that’s left is to navigate a browser version on mobile which is extremely frustrating. For HR teams this deflates the user acceptance across the board significantly. Massive improvements required on the mobile app experience and in no way comparable with the desktop version.

If I use my iPad with a keyboard, which I do all the time, the app will not rotate into Landscape mode. So only works in portrait mode. Worthless for me.

Haven’t ran into any issues yet. Hopefully once our first payday comes around, that stays the same. Will update based on the first few weeks of service.

12/7/24 - Requested password reset so I can access my pay. Been 10 minutes and still no password reset.

Just got this app and I love it! Great place to hold all company info. 👍

This update caused the apps initial startup time to increase significantly.

The latest update is horrible. It’s so dark you can’t see anything and I really wish you’d change it. It would be 5 stars before the latest update.

Only the portrait orientation is supported, which is pretty surprising these days. I basically can’t use this app at all on my iPad with a keyboard.
