Banc of California Mobile

Everything is pretty easy to do....except: If I have to deposit a check over $2,500.00 I have to call the bank first, which is a nuisance. 2) the app does not have a function to tell me where the nearest ATM where I can deposit cash is located. Also, the function to transfer does not accept a cut and paste function, so it is cumbersome to have to write down my complex 15 digit passcode on paper so then I can input.

It was fine in v16.3.1 in both iPhone 13 and 12 mini, but not with today's v16.4 with crashes before its title screen. Also, 6 Plus' iOS v12.5.7 hangs forever at its title screen. I already uninstalled, redownloaded, and reinstalled in them.

My app is not opening

I’ve beat myself over the head trying to find this feature in this app and in no way are you able to use Zelle. There is no Zelle to be heard of. Is Banc of California purposefully angering their clients so we can take our money out and go elsewhere? What gives? I’ll call customer service and let you know how that goes.

I always deposit checks to this app, the problem is every I make a single check deposit it always a “failed deposit” error. Reason: “no endorsement” even after reviewing my deposited check which shows endorsement, it would still show the same error. This should be corrected, very annoying to do it all over again.

Having to submit a verification code is a nuisance and very irritating, please give me the customer the opportunity to OPTION out!

This app is horrible, every timeI go to use it, it is just frozen, nothing will open, this has happened more than one time, actually several times. I wish they would update this app and make it user-friendly.

Website shows we have Zelle now. Zelle app tells me to go my bank app to use Zelle. But there is no mention of it anywhere on the app.

How do you use zelle from the banking app?

Never had a problem with them very helpful at Whittier on Greenleaf. It would be a plus it they offered zelle.
