Absolutely horrible app
1) Impossible to make payments via wire instructions in Serbia - an unexpected error always pops up and you have to go to an offline branch. No such issues with Unicredit. 2) in-app chat - there is some error when entering the chat, when you click either nothing happens, there is an infinite loading screen, or it just returns you to the previous screen. If you exit the app mid-chat you cannot get back there. Please add a separate chat window with your history visible, so that you support and client can view the entire history 3) Very poor overall functionality - cannot change your plan/tariff from the app, cannot order new cards, cannot open new currency accounts 4) internet banking - cannot receive 3d secure messages via popups in app, always need phone number 5) PIN - cannot change pin (neither in app or in bank) always stick with the default one 6) not app related errors - debiting wrong currency type from an account. 7) Cannot change card currency, for multiple currencies you need multiple cards. Overall, don’t recommend the app, horrible user experience and very poor UI, there are better banks both from mobile banking perspective, as well as overall banks. Although, to be fair it is a major update from 2 years, the old version 1.0, imagine what that was like
