Please fix ur app. Today is prerelease sign ups for OP07 & we r struggling to sign up. Take some of the money u put into these random card games & put it into this app please. Your players are so tired of this, Bandai

Fix the the app this is getting ridiculous

The Bandai app consistently works absolutely terrible every time they have a big store tournament or pre-release and keeps you wondering, why bandai does things in such an abysmal way? I love playing Bandai TCG games, but there needs to be a better app to handle these situations.

Bandai for all that you print and do should have a better grasp of the volume you handle make a better server and application management staff!!!

This app is so slow and doesn’t have proper search engine. Lacks the capability to deal with large influx of people and hasn’t been fixed since creation.

Good app. Helpful for playing digimon. Takes a bit to get used to, but overall good.

Compared to every other TCG this app and its tournament system is lacking. Why put such little effort into such a great game when there are so many players ready and willing to support the game?

This app is so hard to find stores near our location. Why is it that when I put a address in or a store name in, nothing pops up??? This app has been out for how long and they can’t even fix the app? Sheesh please pay more attention to your consumers so they have an easier time finding stores to play at.

The app isn’t horrible. It could be better, but it isn’t that bad. It’d be nice if it had the ability to show a player their overall record since it keeps track of your placements from events this shouldn’t be too hard to implement. There’s a lot to improve on but what matters is it works.
