This app should be updated for good performance. It’s always frozen and I can’t book or check anything.

App เด้งตลอด เข้าหน้าแรกยังไม่ได้เลย

เข้าแอพไม่ได้ค่ะ แก้ไขด่วน เป็นมาหลายวันแล้ว

แอปค้างหน้าแรกนานมาก เปลี่ยนหน้าไปต่อไม่ได้ บางทีแอปก็หลุดไปเอง ตอนนี้เข้าไม่ได้เลย

As a regular customer i don’t think the application is good enough. They shoulde done it better. This is one of the worst airline application i have ever used.

Asked me to update and now it doesnt work. App used to be great please fix

I need to wait few minutes until I could sign into my flyerbonus account. Not auto sync with my booking. Sometimes checking at the counter is much faster than via the app.
