If you have a large expense come from your account it doesn’t email you for days, they could quite literally make it instant but bank gonna bank

I have a stutter and a tremor. The tellers at your bank are extremely helpful. They fill out slips for me. And patiently wait for me to get out the words.Also I ride a bicycle. And in the cold windy weather I have a helmet and headgear on. I wear it into the little foyer where I take it off. I talked to management about it prior. And they were OK with it. Makes you feel like one of the family

Lowest I’ve ever seen

Just bring back my widget already. This is ridiculous. The app was already trash and now it’s basically useless.

The app is consistently down without warning, leaving me & others unable to use the app or online banking. It also has major functionality issues, instead of fixing the issues they just removed the features from the app altogether. Don’t waste your time with this bank like i have!

Another Day of No Access to the Bangor savings app. What’s the point of creating an app that doesn’t work? * Update* Still doesn’t work . . . . I’ll consider changing my review when the app actually works. Other than the constant headache of not being able to use the actual app, the app works great when it works. Just doesn’t work consistently

Ever since the new update I’ve lost the ability to transfer money, cash checks, etc. This app used to be great but this new version is bad.

I have always loved my Bangor Savings app, however with the new iOS18 update on Apple, I can no longer use Bangor Savings widgets to display my account balances without going into the app… truly hoping someone from Bangor Savings quickly creates a new widget option for us because my 3 other banks still have widgets and display their account balances.

No good this app

I have a HELOC and the statement is so confusing. We’ve had other HELOCs from other banks that were easier to understand.
