Bank First App

Since they upgraded this app doesn’t work more than it does. The amount of times I try to open it and it says unavailable and won’t open are ridiculous!!! It’s at the point now that I’m considering changing banks just because of this.

This update… my option to use NPP Osko has disappeared. This is a terrible surprise

The new update had potential but is limited to portrait orientation at a time when iPads are being used with keyboards in landscape mode. Forces these users to go to browser version.

Terrible app. Regularly crashes or freezes. Enough to make me leave the bank!

The app is generally quite reliable. At some point in the last month, after using touch ID to login I now get a message of “token invalid” and now have to enter a PIN. It’s not a hassle, but it makes me question whether the app’s authentication and security are up to date.

New update is absolutely terrible. It can sometimes take 4 or 5 attempts to login as the app freezes depending on how quickly you touch certain parts of the screen. Amateurish coding at best

This app barely even works. It is so glitchy. If you imagine one of the big 4 banks’ first app, this is worse than that. When will it be updated????

There should be regular updates and improvements to an app, not one big change every couple of years. It’s clear from the reviews that the last update still has a lot of issues. Still waiting to be able to rearrange my accounts and give them names? Every other bank app I’ve ever used has had this as an easy option. This app isn’t user friendly, there are so many unnecessary steps to do anything.

If you’re going to not bother to implement basic account management like increasing limits with the app then please allow people to do this over the phone. You know, by answering it ? Been an hour. And counting. Absolute joke.

This app has been absolutely useless on my iPhone 12 Pro Max for months now, opens, loads like 2 spins then crashes. I’m moving my banking elsewhere as it it not practical to do online banking on my browser. Disappointing!!
