Inefficient services!!!!!! No full details given to you when you open an account. They don’t give you a debit card or offer whatever. Went to the self service banking to get the debit card myself, guess what?? IT’S NOT WORKING!!!!! What a fraud

Very bad system. The old system was better.

Wow. The title itself looks appealing ....opps don’t. It’s a trap for us immigrants sending money to our family back home. It’s take about a week and you need to call their callcenter to finish the transactions. What a shame. I already experience it 😢😡. Oh god. Please do something good. 🙏🏼

Very slow. Please update this app. Is useless now.

after the update, you can’t even log in because it keeps going back to the welcome page. so when you try to log in it goes back again to the welcome page.. fix it please

Always crashes

I wish it worked as well as it used to. It used to be especially good for in-country transfers, which was useful when paying for services. Now I can’t even open it because it crashes constantly. Come on, Bank Muscat, you can do better!
