The app said Error everytime when I want to see my statement, call local bank and they said use a browser, so what for is the app?? Just for log in and se the ERROR message.

I just got back with BOC after years of being away due to no Apple Pay. So happy to be back. Great customer service and services. Only thing that drives me NUTS is on the Apple Pay card (the digital picture of the card in the wallet app) the last 4 of the card that is shown on the bottom right overlaps with the line on the bottom. It is a visual design mess up and bothers the living crap out of me. I know it seems small but I have a touch of OCD and it’s driving me crazy. Fix that visual glitch and 5 stars it is!!☺️ PLEASE fix this.

Horrible banking practices. They will leave you stranded without access to your money in foreign countries even after you approved the charge and say it’s a legitimate hospital charge.

This app has been spotty for years now. YEARS. Almost never works late at night; always a technical difficulty message…

App keeps crashing.

I’m a long-term bank customer and I was really hoping this new app will solve a lot of issues that we had in the old app however none of the functions of the new app work same like the old app. The builder should learn from Bank of America app
