Bank of Georgia Business

Another application (not business) works great but not this one. The application always logs me out. I have to re-enter my long password and receive SMS verification. All the settings for quick login are reset, and I have to set up Face ID login again. This happens EVERY DAY.

I absolutely regret the decision to use this bank. They decline all my transactions “due to the bank internal policy”, not telling me real reasons. Communication with the bank is a real problem, they don’t usually answer emails and messages, but if they do, there is no useful information given. It feels like they are trying to keep my money.

Hello, I can’t set a password and face-ID in the settings - an SMS code comes to the phone and after entering it, a notification pops up that the user used 3 attempts and was blocked for 30 minutes.

No support inside the app. If you write on e-mail, there are delivery issues - recepient’s box is full. if you call support, it’s impossible to switch to english

I don’t know why but app doesn’t launch after close.

Sometimes logs in and when it does it is a good app. But sometimes it starts loading after entering the passcode and never logs in. Frustrating.

Very easy to use, everything functions as it supposed to.

კომუნალური გადარიცხვები(თელასი, გაზი ა.შ) და სხვა მზა შაბლონები არ არის (ან ძნელი საპოვნელია) რაც ძალიან საჭიროა. ჩემი პირადი ძველად დამატებული შაბლონები არ იშლება. აპლიკაცია მეუბნება რომ არ გადამირიცხავს კონკრეტულ ანგარიშზე თანხა და უნდა შევამოწმო კონტრაქტორის ანგარიში, როდესაც შაბლონიდან ვრიცხავ და უზუსტობა ვერ იქნებოდა და თან ამ ანგარიშზე 5 ჯერ მაქვს უკვე გადარიცხული თანხა. ხელმოსაწერ დოკუმენტებში მიჩანს პატარა ერთიანი გადახდების გვერდზე (1). რო გადავდივარ გადახდებზე ხელმოსაწერი დოკუმენტები არ იძებნება. აქ ფილტრს აქვს (1), ფილტრში შევდივარ და ვაწვები ფილტრის მოხსნას და არაფერი იცვლება. აქ ალბათ ბოლო ერთი კვირის ხელმოსაწერი გადახდები ჩანს, უმჯობესი იქნება ბოლო 10 (recent) გადახდა ჩანდეს და შემდეგ თუ დამჭირდება ფილტრს გავააქტიურებდი და შემდეგ მოვძებნიდი კონკრეტულ გადახდას. იუზერს არ იმახსოვრებს და ყველა შესვლაზე თავიდან უნდა შევიყვანო. არ მთხოვს თითის ანაბეჭდით შესვლის გააქტიურებას.
