Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking

Continuously app crash, no details on transactions and always a best guess needed to understand what’s income or outcome.

It doesn’t have features to notify you when you receive funds in or when your funds are going out… Revolut is a much better

It does it’s job but the design is obsolete, the experience is cumbersome and would definitely need to learn big time from other similar apps. Unfortunately this is Ireland: no competitions means no improvement.

Simply can’t compete with other banking apps such as N26

This app is not user friendly and it’s age is beginning to show. I have been blocked from paying online with my card suddenly since a month or so now. For a bank that charges more than 6 euro a month to have an account, I feel the app should be less hassle to use.

so, for me it is the best app of my 6 bank apps. never had problems, no need to have phone for id‘s pin‘s sms-codes. just the ipad and good. account used since 2003 and from outside Ireland.

Buggy, slow, complicated.

Also, same issues as everyone else, hopefully if the update goes through, these will be fixed

It’s still not to the screen size of the iPhone X XS XR. No finger id or Face ID, come on guys. Still no Apple Pay hello anybody home.

App is OK. Compared to others a bit old fashioned. Would be nice to add Face ID to log in.
