Bank of Ireland UK Credit Card

Terrible all with little to no features. May as well be talking to a brick wall when talking to the customer support team

Can’t make purchases with credit card. App chat help has left me sitting for 3 days with no come back. Phone call assistance call back disconnected every time I answered. On eventually getting through to assistance, was told they were not allowed to tell me issue with my card and would be called back. Online complaint form gives no indication that the complaint has been submitted and no confirmation email. Definitely considering cancelling this service altogether.

This app is maddening, it’s constantly freezing, crashing etc. After 6 failed attempts to pay off my balance I’m deleting and reinstalling to see if that solves the issue.

In this day and age, a banking app shouldn’t be as awful to use as this one. It hardly works, it’s stuck on the opening screen nearly every time I try to use it. Not much use for trying to check your balance or make a payment. Pathetic attempt at at banking app.

The app is awful and rarely works

After over 20 years with BoI Credit Card Ja Ja take over has broken it. It won’t load the app and help online is closed. It doesn’t allow Apple Wallet.Jaja web says it connects to Apple Wallet. It’s Impossible to work as with other bank cards

So handy an very easy to make a payment

Since Jaja finance took over bank of Ireland credit card the service is awful. My wife and I only use our cards on rare occasions. But they never send a bill, an email, a notification your payment is due. I have used the card 3 times in the last year and have got late fees 3 times, unacceptable!

There should be a notification pop up on the app as a reminder to make a payment. I very seldom use this card + forget to pay by a few days but if there was an email or some sort of notification I would pay on time instead of incurring a late payment fee.
