После обновления программа вылетает при попытке перевести деньги с одного счета на другой счет

Покупал все версии от 5 до 7 Теперь разработчик отрубил синхронизацию и хочет за нее от 7000 в год. Обойти облачную синхронизацию от разработчика никак. 7я версия программы теперь бесполезна. Просто слов нет. Уродцы.

I’ve been using Banktivity for more than 7 years - but now , after updating to the last version which is now NOT FOR FREE, it seems that providers left the service and support aside and begun just to collect funds, counting to gather them and quit the company. I was addressing to IGG - the only reply I received ( after several days of expectations) was - we can nothing to do. And after detailed question- silence since mid December . THIS IS BAD. I paid more than 100usd for Golden version - and don’t receive any adequate reward. I am really disappointed.

It wont download my transactions, wont download to iPad at all. The spinning wheel of death. On iPhone it just shows four of my 6 accounts. I asked for a refund from Apple and was denied TWICE! Dont do it. That’s an $85 dollar mistake and no recourse.

Loved this app used it for years, but the service they use , Yodlee, to sync transactions is horrible. I haven’t been able to sync for over a month. If I can’t sync it’s useless. Checking their web site the list of banks not syncing is huge. Time to start looking for a new app. Consider switching to Plaid.

This program drives me nuts, but I don’t want to put the effort into a new app. I use tech support regularly, after every upgrade. Downloading bank information is a continuous problem. And then the investments tracking (for Edward Jones anyway) is beyond a nightmare. They should just forget the effort. I need to find a something else, but all the work…….

I have used this app for years. In the last few updates i have become unable to download transactions from my credit card in a usable format. I can’t edit them or use the running total. It used to be quite easy. Now it seems one must be a member of the private club that understands their changes. Ie you need to be one of their programmers!! Now i have years of records that I can’t rely on being accurate. My choice seems to be to find a different app No thankyou banktivity

I have been using the app for several years. Apparently a change happened in the recent update that has changed the amount entry input to a straight numeric key pad, its no longer like a simple calculator. You can no longer make an amount negative or add/subtract/multiply or divide amounts as you enter them. I find this change VERY unsatisfactory.
