Trying to transfer money out of the account via payid - nightmare. Sat pending for weeks then it returned to my bano acc… tried again now it’s just sitting at pending again. I don’t understand, payid should be instant?? No response from the chat either so considering now seeking legal advice! Don’t recommend Bano at all.
They are bad they hold your money for no reason stop your transfer for no reason they review your account for no reason, they won’t allow you send money out even after providing evidence

I cannot count the number of times the transaction just declines even though there is plenty of balance left for the transaction. Not to mention multiple double charges and pending charges that’s been held for more than 14 days. Now you can’t even add balance.
Don’t sign up with them they will hold you money for 60days for nothing all because you call for refund back to the bano account,they are jokers,I was surprised until I told them I will sue them before I get my money back,they will hold your funds don’t download this app
