This has become a GameChanger for me. Getting test results so quickly, making appointments and just having my info at my fingertips any time I want to refer to it is convenient and keeps me current with meds, treatment and tests with doc notes is great. Couldn’t do without it now.

The app is glitchy and seldom works. As a facility: During my treatment, care was interrupted numerous times by prayers on the house -wide, overhead speaker system. I was there for all shifts; care providers had to stop care-related conversations because the overhead praying was loud & intrusive. Multiple staff felt the need to talk to me about god rather than focusing on patient care and safety. Cannot recommend.

Never updated with labs or appointments

It doesn’t let me make a new message to my provider. It just lets me send a message about billing

I am unable to connect with my primary doctor on telehealth. I cannot find the option anywhere. I only want to deal with Dr Eugenio . I do not want to be put in line and have to deal with another Doctor Who does not even know who I am.

Thank you. I have little use of one hand and really appreciate being able to use this app easily.

App seems well organized and provides blood test results and historical data in a well organized fashion.

I am able to see any and everything I need to right here in the app. Any non-emergent questions I may have, I can send over a message and they will get right back to me in the most efficient manner. They may not be checking the app on weekends (which is understandable) however, you can still send a message and they will response Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Absolutely love this app and I am thankful I have access to all of my records!

The app is good the only issue I have is it doesn’t show your booked appointments. I think when you book an appointment it should be on your chart. It will show you appointments that you need to set up our procedures that need to be done but not show what you booked. That’s the main issue I have with this app.

When Baptist Health buys physician practices, they RUIN them.
