I would love to give a fabulous review. Sadly I am not able to as I have not received my order. When trying to track my order it claims to have been delivered. I have a ring doorbell with camera and it shows no delivery for the day in question. When I tried to contact the company no body could take my call. So far there is no resolution to the situation.

Excellent products. Excellent customer service. I’ve been ordering dietary supplements through BFD for years. I ordered 8 boxes of the wrong thing once and they took it back with no questions asked and shipped me what I had intended to order. Quick responses anytime I have ever had a question. BFD is a first rate operation.

Their shipping is fast and to me that’s very important. Sometimes I run short. My fault but these people are right on the ball. Thank you!

I love the ease of ordering and have enjoyed the food in past orders. However, I ordered February 23 and received food that had expired in January. Very disappointed!! I could return the food and get a refund, but I should not have to go through all the packing, calling, shipping, and time that it would take to return a few items!! I have really been let down!!
