Inkompetent arrogant staff
I have 2 Accounts registered with very BARION with my company email and another account with my personal email. Suddenly BARION SUSPENDED the account that is registered to my personal email I have now for a year tried to make them to delete my account so my personal email address wouldn’t be kept hostage at the company. The company tells me that my account has been compromised, it’s not true I don’t even have any money on the account and the credit card connected to eat is no longer valid. Still the answer I get from the customer help is arrogant and they demand me to personally come to the office and show me my personal identification if I want the account to be unlocked and deleted.
