Baseus T2 Pro not ringing phone
Bought a Baseus T2 Pro for my car keys and my phone becaus I kept misplacing them every time. The device works fine if you ring it but if you try ringing your phone with it, it doesn’t work. Please fix
Bass 15 clip
I was wondering why I could not connect mg bass 15 clip and found out that it was still not in the app. Please include this on the next update. Please please please!!
Unsupported devices
Cannot connect my Baseus Bass 1+ device, was excited to customize and enable bass mode but cannot do so since it’s not part of their device list. Hope you can update your app!

The Baseus application does not support the headphone Baseus Bass 30 Max. Althought it supports Bowie 30 Max, which is still, a completely different headphones from what I recently bought. Its disappointing so please do something about this. Thank you.
Pls update equalizer/EQ mode feature
It seems that I cannot adjust or customize the sound quality. Once I got to the EQ mode, it just no longer responds to my touch. It simply just freezes in the screen, which is so sayang.
