BASIC Benefits App

Updated the app and added more bugs. Doesn’t even recognize my account anymore. I have to login on a computer only

This company is very hard to deal with. They seem to question receipts for the purpose of not wanting to pay the amount. I had all things in order and the reimbursement was denied 3 times because they said the date of service was not on the receipt. It definitely was and the credit card receipt had the same date but it was still questioned. I have spent hours on this and it should take ten minutes. Be very leery of this company.

A customer service supervisor threatens me that they will report all my FSA claims to IRS so that IRS will audit me. That tells a lot of them!

App no longer works. Stopped working months ago.

I called to verify if I send the right documents which multiple agents verified I send the proper documents. I was told to wait for 3 days turns around and declined my request of reimbursement. I called again why nobody knows why it got declined. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!

I am trying to log in to my account. The verification code was sent and all it says instead of logging in is “SOMETHING WENT WRONG”…come on man. I can’t submit ANYTHING!!!😡

All I want to do is be able to make payments and nothing clearly shows me how. Amateur hour

This app launches cdabasiconline.com website where I have to login again. The verification is set to my husband’s mobile, it is one thing if I have never logged in, but this is a nuisance.

Please work on making it more useful to users

I hate having to reset my password every time I log in because their updates sign me out of the app on my phone. Otherwise it’s great, but it’s added half hour from having to call and be transferred and transferred or extra time to reset that eliminates what would otherwise be a efficient app.
