i ordered something from the store and went to the store to pick up on the estimated time given by the apps but end up the store did not received the order and i need to wait so longgggggggggggg . really bad system and customer service. Staff said they didnt receive the order but it already appear in my apps. Dont implement the apps if the apps really cannot use. Worst service!

So, the thing is, this is my first time ordering from this app. After placing my order, I encountered an issue where they couldn’t find a rider because it said all riders were busy. I was given two options: continue searching for a rider or cancel the order and get a refund. The problem is, when I tried to cancel my order, it said the page had crashed, and I couldn’t proceed with the cancellation. So, I had no choice but to wait until they found a rider. If you won’t let me cancel it, why even offer that option in the first place?

Dont waste time and money downloading this apps 👎🏻

I had a horrible experience with this company. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the delivery was a complete disaster. The service fell far below expectations, and it felt like they didn’t care about their customers at all. Save yourself the frustration and money—avoid ordering from here at all costs. Tries submit order many times everytime got cancelled and couldn't withdraw your money back

scamming customers as saying buy 1 free 1 but app is not responsive nd no bank details to purchase anything.

dah la dah topup ewallet dia lepastu tak boleh nak place order sbb katanya high traffic volume. tried for almost 30minutes pun sama orang dah topup kot dalam tu?! macam gampang lah buang masa. lainkali takpayah buat apps kalau takde duit and kedekut nak upgrade server

Always got delivery cancelled order from ayer8 outlet. always cannot reimburse back the money into account. No point to have delivery service if cannot use.
