Take Basware P2P on-the-go! With the Basware app, you can capture receipts, create expense reports, and approve documents anywhere, anytime.
- Capture photos of your receipts and upload them instantly to the system for easy attachment to expense reports
- Create, save, and submit expense reports
- Approve or decline order requests, expense reports, and invoices
Note: The app is only for users with a valid login for Basware P2P version 18.2 or higher. Use requires all relevant permissions and system settings. Contact your system administrator for more information.

Didn’t consider WCAG. Not an inclusive experience
Very simply it seems the designers/developers are unaware of WCAG. Would be nice if all people could use the mobile app. :(
Works great for P2P
Great for capturing expenses! Auto match receipt to card transactions on the go for travel and expense. I can also approve purchase requisitions and invoices from Basware P2P through the app. The user interface is intuitive and uncluttered.

Downloaded it log in I click the icons and nothing happens ... app isn't any good
Crashes
Crashes every time I try to add a receipt. Please fix this.
Yes! The Verian app.
The desktop product is great. The mobile app compliments their product suite very well. The expense creation was very simple. Glad they have this app now!
Amazing app
Beautiful and simple. Easy to do my approvals without ever signing into the desktop version of Verian.
