Multiple failures from contact difficulties with customer service & full bill payment resulting in 0.001 BD outstanding, causing restricted service. Shame.

The bills tab doesn’t work. I tried to restart the app many times to no avail. I can’t pay on the application. It is very embarrassing for batelco to have such a bad app...

التطبيق سيء جداً بسبب كثرة المشاكل فيه عند فتح التطبيق غالباً تظهر رساله هنالك مشكلة ما حاول مجدداً بعض الأحيان لايقبل الدفع عن طريق بطاقة البنك بعض الأحيان يتجمد التطبيق إذ يجب إغلاقه و فتحه من جديد

No update on App Store just goes back to the app and again the pop up so can’t log in.

To tack the orders easily I should be able to access a list of my orders without the need to add order number or COR to retrieve my order list since I am already logged in with my number/account which I have done all my purchases from.

Hi I’m Mohammad I am working a company as a worker I am using Batelco 7 years something so 2021 I buy a postpaid line from Batelco in oasis mall so my contract is finish April 21 2024 that time I was going their Batelco shop I talk to them please close my line & she told me no no it will be close end of the month ok soI am going to Bangladesh I come back 8/2024 that time I saw my bill 27 bd I was shocked . Last I talked Batelco service center they told me go oasis mall when I go their they said talk to customer care 1 week 3/4 times this happened last I never seen any solution I decided to pay 27 bd so moral of the story they are playing with users 🫡
