Not many apps get 1* and worse, these guys don’t care. Owned by Malaysia airlines so the general incompetence makes sense.

Can't login. Tried searching the flight but every time it says no flights available. However same flioare available on webpage. Really need to work on the application.

No option to add a flight I booked direct on Batik Air website, no option to sign in. From what I can see, the app is only useful to book a flight (not tested this works) but it is easier to do this in a computer. I tried to check in to see if it would add my flight to my bookings section and there was an error.

Cant even change to local currency

Just wondering how to manage booking when I can’t even find where to login?

Useless application ever

Not gonna give any star at the moment. Please upgrade ur apps, this is very poor. I Can’t even change the currency.

Can’t do anything with this app.

Management should immediately sack the CMO and CTO/CIO, how these guys even can live with this. Guys invest a little money and make a decent app if not world class.
