Since the latest update, the app has been practically unusable. Pages fail to load properly, making it nearly impossible to make reservations. I’m shocked at how such a flawed update passed quality checks before being released to customers.

This is the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. Can’t see any of the classes. The class page (fitness or wellness) takes forever to load and then it just turns dark. Reported it to the front desk. Their response was: “It’s probably your wi-fi”. Really? Third rate management and customer service combined with bad tech makes me consider to stop this membership.

Literally the only useful thing about this app is the class schedule and it doesn’t work after the latest update.

The app after the last upgrade just doesn’t work :(. I can’t book a single class

Why is the app crashing all of a sudden??? What’s going on. It’s been doing this for a few days now. I’ve updated and it’s now worse. Horrible app

I work in the tech industry and prob one of the worst apps. It takes forever to load. It’s buggy and said there are no classes that match your criteria… False…When you are looking at all racquet sports classes. Release quality code! Perform QA and testing!

It’s almost 2025 and you still can’t fix this usability issue. When you make a new card booking, it doesn’t show up on the booking screen. You have to do trickery, like restarting the app or switching through multiple screen screens for the booking to show up. Shame on the developers and testers who allow such a poor user experience after multiple updates.

This place will try to squeeze every penny out of you and cut quality of clubs at every chance.

I tried to schedule but it didn’t allow me to. Whenever I select tomorrow to see schedule it went down

Please fix your app!! Each time when I open the app, it kicked me out. Stupid!
