Hard to use, password reset doesn’t work
The app itself is hard to use. You’d forgive this though as the food is FANTASTIC. However now you can’t order via the website I had to try the app again. I can’t create a new account as it recognised my mobile number. I tried to reset my password and I can’t do that either. It threw an error when I tried. So I can’t order from you and it’s lockdown so it’s not like I can dine in. Please invest in a better app or just enable the website ordering again. Your food is honestly fantastic but you’re making it impossible to order from you.
