Mettre des hôtels en favoris
Je trouve qu’il serait sympa que l’on puisse mettre des hôtels en favoris. Ainsi, il serait plus simple de retrouver ceux qui nous ont plu et d’effectuer une nouvelle réservation dans ce même hôtel
Overnachting 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen
Vriendelijke ontvangst door de man achter de balie, zelfs in het Engels want mijn Frans is roestig. Kamer was netjes, net zoals de badkamer. Rustige omgeving, goed pizza restaurant op 2 minuten rijden of 10 minuten stappen. Ontbijt is verzorgd, geen Hilton hotel buffet maar genoeg voor wat je eigenlijk nodig hebt als ontbijt, en verse koffie koeken. Wij komen terug logeren op onze terug reis!
Impossible de se connecter malgré une carte BB hôtels
J’ai acheté un abonnement à 39€/an . Impossible de se connecter, personne au service client ne peux aider ! Je vais retourner chez accorhotels ou le service client est EFFICACE !!!!!!

Some difficulties with existing reservations
Nice redesign and iPhone X support 👍🏻 Some existing reservations who were already paid now are displayed as not paid. Can’t find all reservations. Got confused and now I have double bookings. Payment can not finish in the app. Booking seems ok. But got no confirmation. App not working after 1 day (saying I have to update).
